Delivery
Products purchased from the KRISH online store are shipped from Finland. We deliver orders to Finland, Estonia and Latvia.
Delivery costs
Finland: EUR 5.90
Free delivery for orders over EUR 120.
Estonia and Latvia: EUR 9.90 Free delivery for orders over EUR 150.
The available delivery methods and their prices are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. The customer will be informed of any exceptional delays in delivery.
If, in exceptional circumstances, an ordered product cannot be delivered, for example due to an inventory error, we will contact you as soon as possible. Any amount paid for the part of the order that cannot be delivered will be refunded.
Payment
The payment methods available in the online store are shown at checkout.
Payment services are provided by Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce). The personal data required to process the payment is transmitted to the payment service provider, Maksekeskus AS.
Through MakeCommerce, payment methods may include Finnish online banking payments as well as Visa and Mastercard card payments. The payment methods currently available in the online store are shown at checkout.
The total price of the order, including delivery costs, is displayed before the order is confirmed.
